SoundMate Promotions take a trip to Liverpool on Thursday 7th October with an absolute riot of a line-up. The rising Mancunian Indie Rock & Roll band The Haciendas will be headlining Jimmy’s for a night full of heavy riffs and catchy hooks, with support from The Montagues and Northern Revelation. It will be The Haciendas’ first trip to Liverpool as a band since forming during the pandemic, although their wait is now over and they are finally able to get on the road before they play their debut hometown headline show in Manchester at The Bread Shed on Saturday 9th October.
After their successful debut hit ‘It’s Not Too Late’ in December, they followed it up with their second single ‘Joker’ which featured as ROTW on XS Manchester and then added their third single ‘Those Are The Days’ to their collection. All 3 singles managed to make it into the Top 10 of the Alt iTunes Charts with ‘Joker’ peaking at #4. Their latest single ‘Other Side’ was released on Friday 17th September, receiving it’s first national radio play on Jim Salveson’s XS Evening Show.
The band are made up of Tom Smith (vocals), Daniel Ashcroft (lead guitar) and Steve Jillings (bass), three close friends who all grew up in Failsworth, Manchester. With their debut appearance at North Fest 2021 this year, they followed up with a headline show at Zeros Bar in Stalybridge, the perfect summer warm up before things got serious for their debut headline shows in Manchester and Liverpool.
The Montagues are a four piece alt rock/indie band hailing from the North Wales Coast. With guitar driven melodies, accompanied by punchy bass lines and hook induced vocal melodies, the band embody everything people love in a modern Indie band both in their studio recordings and their intense and electrifying Live performances. The band released their debut EP “Calibrate” in August 2019 and have received airplay through BBC Introducing Merseyside and BBC Introducing Wales.
Northern Revelation are a 3 piece Indie band based in St Helens Merseyside. Darrel Ashton on Lead Guitar and vocals, John Lloyd on Bass and Will Culleton on Drums. Johnny Marr and John Squire influenced guitar riffs with big drum and bass rhythm sections.
