We are excited to announce that ‘From Carbon’ are back and have joined the SoundMate roster. They will be kicking things off with an acoustic set at The Deaf Institute on Wednesday 22nd December, alongside stable mates The Haciendas and The Notion, where they will play a mix of classic From Carbon hits and an introduction into their new material.
From Carbon are an exciting 5-piece Indie Rock band from Manchester. After taking some time off during the pandemic, they are back with some new material and a new-look line-up. Made up of Scott Jeffreys (vocals and rhythm guitar), Gray Shaw (bass), Chris Oliver (guitar), Jason ‘Nut’ Coverdale (drums) and Lee Boardman (guitar).
The band released their second album ‘Existence’ in 2019 and the album launch saw them headline The Bread Shed and included a special performance with Joe Duddell & his classical ensemble. The album featured singles (Never) Give Up The Fight and Petty Tom. The band have been working hard on and currently recording their new material in Carbon Room Studio, we are really excited to hear their new direction and the possibility of a third album to their growing collection.
