HowayFest launches in September which will feature a stacked line-up made up of local talent and international acts, performing across eight gigs located at some of the best venues in the North East. The venues include King Street Social, Salt Market Social, Three Tanners Bank, The Grove, Little Buildings, Barca El Globo and The Globe.
The brand new immersive cultural experience runs from Friday 27th September until Saturday 19th October and promises an unforgettable cultural extravaganza. HowayFest is a testament to Newcastle’s rich cultural heritage and its vibrant future, with a stacked line-up featuring a mix of fast-rising international stars, such as Lizzie Esau and Trampoline, and the hottest homegrown talent with King Nun and Bear Park both headlining.
There will also be three bands from Manchester, The Haciendas, The Coltens and Kiwi, who will be making the North East trip. The Haciendas, who are hot off the back off their recent EP release ‘Diary Of A Broken Mind’, have already played in Newcastle back in 2022 for their ‘Dreamer’ UK Tour, where they headlined at The Globe. This time they will be playing alongside Trampolene at King Street Social on Saturday 10th October.
